Ong Chuong: that is Chuong Islet (or Sir Chuong rivulet), which belongs to Tong Dinh Hoa, Cho Moi district, An Giang province. This islet used to be named "Tieu Moc". Chuong Binh Le Thanh Hau Nguyen Huu Canh (Kinh), a mandarin, repelled the rebellion at Chan Lap (Cambodia), in the Earth Rabbit, 1699. He set up garrison here, then he died of a natural cause. The locals who admired his exploits changed the above name to Ong Chuong or Sir Chuong islet. This is one of the most populous and largest islets in An Giang, which has four villages: Kien An, My Hoi Dong, Nhon My, and Long Kien. The Southerners often sang: "
