Mission Statement - Prelude

On 18 May Earth Rabbit Year, as predestined, a widespread apocalypse is impending. I cannot wield my supernatural power to stop the devastating wars caused by human cruelty. However, I reflect: Born in the land of Vietnam, having immersed myself on earth for several lives, I had transmigrated overseas, wherever necessary, to acquire profound moral knowledge and experience. Having removed my delusion and selfishness, I relate my background: I have spent many lives serving my country and people while growing up and residing in Vietnam. In my previous lives, when alive, I was a citizen or mandarin of Vietnam, and when I died, I remained the loyal spirit of Vietnam. In my recent lives, I was fortunate to encounter a Bright Master, who trained me in Buddhism.  So impregnated with Buddha's grace, I have become so compassionate. But I am facing the loss of our country as predestinated, commiserating with the mass being enslaved. What a calamity for sentient beings!

While I was a layperson exposed to myriad worldly temptations, I did not mind offering my life for my people and country. Now I am fully enlightened, dawn and dusk at Buddha's feet, listening to sutras, roaming four seas and the Fairyland.  The fully enlightened enjoy a pure mind and a blissful life. Why did I not stay on with the Bodhi fruit of longevity, but sneak down the secular world to incur criticism? With loving compassion for masses approaching apocalypses, King Buddha pointed out Predestiny to establish the Long Hoa Gathering, to exalt the distinguished practitioner accordingly, to initiate the good-natured to the Great Tao, and such a fair distribution of titles will be set up to sustain Global Peace.

The Heavenly Court considered that the sentient being over the world at the Lower Age are materialistic, drowning in self-interest pursuit, committing bad karma. The Heavenly Law punishes. The good people are too few, but the bad are too many; by compassion, Buddhas and Saints descend for their salvage. First, They set out to salvage them. Second, They expound Predestiny, urging the laity to repent, renounce evil and do good, so hopefully, the Heavenly Court may grant amnesty for them timely to attend the Long Hoa Gathering. First, they know the divine law of rewards and punishments and have a chance to hear the miraculous Dharma, initiate to True Masters, soon to practice for enlightenment, then become blissful Buddhaland citizens, because, at this Age, Dharma transfer was closing, and the Saintly paths are obscure. The humans are so ignorant that they are vulnerable to much harassment from the Demon.

I am one of these saviors. We each return where we have been Tao enlightened to support our respective peoples. By compassion and repaying those souls who, in my previous lives, have helped my self-cultivation, on 18 May 1939, did I make an appearance on earth to salvage sentient beings (lunar the Earth Rabbit Year). Yet, some people who have newly known my Dharma assumed that I was performing via a medium.   They had not known that I have reincarnated since long, only to wait for the day to launch our mission.

My methods are tailored to the needs of my adherents.   At an advanced level, I teach Dharma for the devotees to develop good ties with the Patriarch and Master.   At the lower level, I use the faith-healing of forebears to treat the less meritorious who, when they recover, should acknowledge the compassion of the Holy Spirits.   What a heartrending misery among the folks! my kind words seem to be half-remembered, half-forgotten.   Distant residents make apologies, while the neighbors have too much to hear.

In mid-August, the Master and I adopted the style names Mad and Crazy and, in writing, revealed Heaven's secrets and ensured that our message reached people far and wide so that they may repent and do good.   Those who have not woken up will later be punished and could not blame the Holy Beings for not having foretold them.

I am fully aware that, under French dominance, the state law is stringent.   f people love each other, they will run into a lot of trouble.  But I reflect: in my previous lives, I had sacrificed myself for the sake of the Tao. How come, in this final life,  I yet regret this lay body. Nonetheless, my earthly body will incur less of an ordeal thanks to my linear relatives' mutual protection and support.

Bài Sứ Mạng

Ngày 18 tháng 5 năm Kỷ-Mão, vì thời-cơ đã đến, lý Thiên-Đình hoạch-định, cuộc nguy-cơ thảm-họa sắp tràn lan. Ta đây tuy không thể đem phép huệ-linh mà cứu an tai-họa chiến-tranh tàn khốc do loài người tàn-bạo gây nên, nhưng mà thử nghỉ : Sinh trong vòng đất Việt-Nam nầy, trải qua bao kiếp trong địa-cầu lăn-lộn mấy phen, tùy cơ pháp chuyển kiếp luân-hồi ở nơi hải-ngoại để thu-thập những điều đạo-học kinh-nghiệm huyền-thâm, lòng mê-si đã diệt, sự vị-kỷ đã tan mà kể lại nguồn gốc phát sinh, trãi bao đời giúp nước vùa dân cũng đều mãi sinh-cư nơi đất Việt. Những tiền kiếp dầu sống cũng là dân quan đất Việt, dầu thác, cũng quỉ thần đất Việt chớ bao lìa. Những kiếp gần đây, may-mắn gặp minh-sư cơ truyền Phật-Pháp, gội nhuần ân-đức Phật, lòng đã quảng-đại từ-bi, hềm vì nỗi cảnh quốc phá, gia vong, máy huyền-cơ đã định, lòng thương trăm họ vướng cảnh, đồ lao, chi xiết xót thương chúng sanh vạn khổ.

Nghĩ lúc còn làm người trong biển tục, lăn-lộn chốn mê đồ, mà chẳng quản thân giúp thế cứu dân, vong thân vị quốc, huống chi nay cơ mầu đà thấu tỏ, sớm chiều hầu chơn Phật nghe kinh, ngao du tứ-hải, dạo khắp Tiên-bang, cảnh an-nhàn của người liễu-đạo, muôn ngày vô sự, lóng sạch phàm tâm, sao chẳng ngồi nơi ngôi vị hưởng quả bồ-đề trường thọ mà còn len-lỏi xuống chốn hồng-trần, đặng chịu cảnh chê khen ? Vì lòng từ-ái chứa-chan, thương bách-tính tới hồi tai-họa, Phật-Vương đà chỉ rõ máy diệu huyền chuyển lập Hội Long-Hoa, chọn những đấng tu hành cao công quả để ban cho xứng vị xứng ngôi, người đủ các thiện-căn để giáo truyền Đại-Đạo, định ngôi phân thứ gây cuộc Hòa-Bình cho vạn quốc chư bang.

Thiên-Tào (1)  đà xét định, khắp chúng sanh trong thế-giới trong cái buổi Hạ-Nguơn nầy, say mê vật-dục, chìm đắm trong biển lợi-danh, gây nên nghiệp-quả, luật trời đà trị tội xét kẻ thiện-căn thì ít, người tội-ác quá nhiều, chư Phật mới nhủ lòng từ-bi cùng các vị chơn Tiên lâm phàm độ thế, trước ra công cứu khổ, sau chỉ rõ cơ-huyền, khuyên kẻ thế hướng thiện quày đầu, cải tà qui chánh thì mới mong Thiên Đình ân xá bớt tội căn để kíp đến Long-Hoa chầu Phật, trước biết rõ luật Trời thưởng phạt, cùng hữu duyên nghe Phật pháp nhiệm mầu, kiến diện bậc Chơn-Sư, tu hành mau đắc quả, sau làm dân Phật quốc hưởng sự thái-bình, bởi đời nầy pháp-môn bế mạc, Thánh đạo trăn vu, người tâm trí tối đen, đời lắm Ma-Vương khuấy rối.

Ta là một trong các vị cứu đời ấy. Ai liễu Đạo nơi quốc-độ nào thì cũng phải trở về quốc-độ ấy mà trợ tế nhân dân; vì thể lòng từ-bi bác-ái cùng thù đáp những linh hồn đã trợ duyên trong nhiều kiếp giúp Ta nương cậy tu hành, nên ngày 18 tháng 5 năm Kỷ-Mão, Ta hóa hiện ra đời cứu độ chúng sanh. Tuy là nhơn-dân mới rõ pháp mà tưởng rằng Ta thượng xác cỡi đồng chớ có dè đâu chuyển kiếp đã từ lâu chờ đến ngày ra trợ thế.

Nên phương pháp của Ta tùy trình-độ cơ cảm của Tín-nữ Thiện-nam, trên thì nói Phật-pháp cho kẻ có lòng mộ Đạo qui căn, gây gốc thiện-duyên cùng Thầy Tổ, dưới dùng huyền-diệu của Tiên-gia độ bịnh để cho ít căn lành nhờ được mạnh mà cảm lòng từ-bi của Chư Vị với Trăm Quan, thảm-thiết lê dân lầm than thống-thiết, mà lời lành nghe tựa hồ như nhớ như quên, nên kẻ xa xuôi từ-văn chẳng tới, người láng-diềng tiếng kệ nhàm tai.

Đến trung tuần tháng tám, Ta cùng Đức-Thầy mới tá hiệu Khùng Điên, mượn bút mực tiết lộ lấy Thiên-cơ, truyền cho kẻ xa gần đều rõ biết hầu ăn-năn cải quá làm lành, còn kẻ chẳng tỉnh tâm sau đền tội cũng chẳng trách Phật Tiên không chỉ bảo.

Vẫn biết đời Lang-sa (2) thống trị, phép nước nghiêm-hình, dân chúng nếu yêu thương sẽ lắm điều hiềm khích : Nhưng mà Ta nghĩ nhiều tiền kiếp Ta cũng hy-sinh vì Đạo, nào quản xác thân. Kiếp chót nầy đây há lại tiếc chi thân phàm tục, song vì tình cốt-nhục tương thân, cũng ủng-hộ, chở che cho xác phàm bớt nỗi cực hình.
